QR Party helps you share an event gallery with guests. Guests scan a QR code (or open a link) to add photos and videos to one place, and organizers can manage events from the web admin or the iOS app.

QR Party uses simple, one-time pricing per event—no subscriptions and no automatic renewals. Your price depends on how many guests can join and capture together.

Small events are free for up to 5 participants. Paid tiers scale with guest capacity (for example 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 150, 200, and higher). You get features like per-guest shot limits, filters, attribution, privacy controls, and easy invites via QR or link—the same story you see in the app.

Guests open the event link or scan the QR code you share. They can capture or choose photos and videos depending on how you configured the event and whether they use the full app or an App Clip.

When you create an event, you choose whether guests get a shared gallery (everyone can browse all uploads after the host reveals the gallery) or a private gallery (guests only see what they uploaded themselves).

Items guests pick from their phone's photo library count toward their shot limit the same way as in-camera photos and videos. They are not treated as more private: if the event uses a shared gallery and it has been revealed, library uploads appear in the shared gallery like any other shot. If the event uses a private gallery, other guests do not see those library uploads—each person only sees their own contributions (for example under My Memories in the app).

In the app profile screen, use Text or Email under Support to reach us. You can also review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

In the iOS admin app, open your profile, go to My account, then choose Delete account. This removes your Firebase account from our app sign-in flow; some data may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
