Simple, one-time pricing for your event. You only pay once per event—no subscriptions and no automatic renewals. Your price depends on how many people can join and capture moments together (same tiers as in the iOS app).
Up to 5 participants
Events with a maximum of 5 guests who can join are free. You still get core features: customize how your gallery works, set how many shots each guest can take, choose filters, see who took each photo, keep the event private, and invite people with a QR code or link.
Paid capacity tiers
When you need more than 5 participants, you move into paid tiers based on maximum guest capacity. Typical steps include 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 150, 200, and higher bands—the exact labels and prices are shown when you create or upgrade an event in the iOS admin app at checkout.
Where to buy or change capacity
Purchases and upgrades run through the App Store inside the QR Party admin app on iPhone. Use Create your event or your event settings there to pick a tier and complete payment. This site’s web admin is for managing galleries and QR codes; billing follows the app.
